Senior Backend Engineer — Intelligence Pipeline
Own the architecture and performance of MIOS signal ingestion and processing pipelines. You'll work at the intersection of distributed systems and intelligence infrastructure, building the systems that process thousands of signals per minute in real time.
- 5+ years backend engineering experience
- Strong distributed systems design background
- Experience with high-throughput data pipelines
- Comfort working in Python, Go, or Rust
- Domain knowledge of NLP or information retrieval a strong plus
AI Research Engineer — OSIRIS Engine
Work on OSIRIS — MIOS's AI reasoning engine. You'll develop and refine classification models, influence network detection systems, and escalation forecasting models that operate at institutional intelligence standards.
- Strong ML engineering background with production deployment experience
- Deep familiarity with NLP and text classification
- Experience with graph neural networks or social network analysis a plus
- Ability to work with both research and production requirements simultaneously
- Interest in information security, disinformation, or computational social science
Intelligence Analyst — South Asia
Bridge the gap between what MIOS surfaces and what institutional clients need to act on. You'll translate platform intelligence into usable briefings, validate AI classifications against real-world context, and provide domain expertise in South Asian information environments.
- Background in intelligence analysis, journalism, policy, or related field
- Deep understanding of South Asian political and media landscapes
- Fluency in Hindi and English; additional Indian languages a significant plus
- Experience writing structured analytical products for institutional audiences
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Product Manager — Command Intelligence
Own the product experience for institutional operators — the analysts, commanders, and decision-makers who depend on MIOS in high-pressure environments. You'll work directly with client teams to understand their operational workflows and translate them into product decisions.
- 4+ years product management experience, ideally in enterprise or B2G software
- Strong qualitative research and user interview skills
- Ability to navigate complex institutional environments
- Experience with data-heavy or intelligence-category products a plus
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
